Myth busters

The animal kingdom is home to one remarkable fact after another. 

To name a few: Koalas’ fingerprints are so similar to human fingerprints that they are sometimes mistaken as suspect, the most venomous animal on Earth is a snail, and an elephant’s trunk is 10x more sensitive than a human’s fingertip. 

But for every fascinating fact about our amazing planet- and the things that call it home- there's undoubtably another that's exaggerated, misguided, or just plain wrong. 

Here are a handful of Ms. Mallory’s favorite wildlife myths and the truths behind them.
